Advanced SearchSearches for matching words in the title, author, subject and notes fields of a record. It allows for additional limiters and search notation that provide more precise control over all search parameters.
Title SearchSearches the catalog for a specific title. For the search to be successful the words of the title must be in the correct order.
Subject SearchSearches the catalog for matching words in the subject headings.
Dewey Call Number SearchSearch for items by their Dewey call number (e.g. 391.23 Smith)
Non-Dewey Call Number SearchSearch for items by their non-Dewey call number (e.g. Fiction Patterson)
Government Documents SearchSearch for items by their government document or SUDOC number. Type punctuation for SUDOC number exactly as it appears (e.g. NAS 1.2:AM 3/994)
ISBN/ISSN SearchSearch for items by their standard number (ISBN or ISSN). Punctuation and spaces can be omitted if desired (e.g. 0060254920 or 0303-7207)
OCLC SearchSearch for items by their OCLC number (e.g. 26158765)
